Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Svayam Incarnation Limited wants Viremail to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we support

• Keyboard access to menus, dialogs and controls.
• Light and dark themes, and layouts that adapt to screen size and zoom.
• Labels on icon buttons for screen readers.
• Text that can be resized using your browser settings.

Known limitations

We know some parts of Viremail are not yet fully accessible:

• Emails from other senders may contain content (such as images without text alternatives or poor colour contrast) that we do not control.
• Some complex views, such as the calendar grid and drag-and-drop actions, may be harder to use with a screen reader or keyboard alone.
• Audio and video calls do not currently provide live captions.
• Some older documents, such as PDF attachments, may not be accessible.

We have not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit. [Date and scope of accessibility audit (to be added when completed)]

If you have difficulty using any part of Viremail, or need information in a different format, contact us via the contact details on our website. Tell us what you were trying to do and what assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to reply within [response time (to be confirmed)].
