Summary
Viremail uses one cookie, to keep you signed in, and stores some data in your browser so the app works quickly and remembers your preferences. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Because everything described here is strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for, or stays only on your device to support features you use, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) do not require us to ask for consent, so we do not show a cookie banner.

Third-party content
Fonts and default avatars are served from our own servers, so loading Viremail does not send your details to font or avatar providers. See the Privacy Policy. Images inside emails from other senders are blocked by default.
How to control storage
- Signing out removes the session and the offline mail copy.
- Choosing "shared device" at sign-in stops mail being stored offline.
- You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, you will not be able to sign in.
