Mail is not arriving
Where missing messages usually are.
Work through these in order:
- Check Spam, then Quarantine in Settings, Spam & blocked senders.
- Check your rules: one may be moving or deleting the message.
- Make sure the sender is not in Blocked senders.
- Check forwarding is not on without Keep a copy.
- Check your storage is not full.
- Ask the sender whether they got a bounce message, and what it says.
Still missing? Use Report a problem below and include the sender's address and roughly when it was sent.
