Your profile card
What other people see when they select your name.
When someone on this mail service selects your name, they see your profile card: your photo, name and online status, plus any details you choose to share.
- Open Settings, Account.
- Add a photo and your display name.
- Under Profile details, fill in whatever you like: job title, company, location, pronouns and a short bio.
- Choose who can see them: People on this mail service or Only me.
