Charts for throughput, flow, cycle time, overdue work, workload and time, by day, week, month, quarter or year.
Open a board and choose Insights. Pick Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly or a custom range, and filter by label or priority.
You will see:
- tasks created and completed in each period,
- cumulative flow: how many tasks sit in each column over time,
- a burndown of open tasks,
- cycle time (from starting work to done) and lead time (from creation to done),
- the overdue trend, time logged, and tasks by status, priority and label.
Owners and admins also see figures per person: tasks completed, the share done on time, average cycle time, open and overdue work, estimated hours and time logged. They can filter by person.
Export CSV downloads the numbers for the chosen period.
Insights use task data only: when tasks were created, moved and completed, their dates and estimates, and time that people log themselves. Nothing else is measured, and the note at the top of Insights says so to everyone on the board.
